Wash Wizard Car Wash - North Main

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. As I was approaching the conveyor for a wash, an employee stopped me and instructed me to go inside the office. No explanation was provided. Before getting out of my vehicle, I drove around and asked the employee what was going on. He immediately told me that I was making his employees uncomfortable and that he was going to blacklist me. Since I had no idea what he was referring to, I asked for an explanation. Instead of providing one, he responded, "I'll take care of this," then walked to the rear of my vehicle, took a picture of my license plate, and headed toward the building. As he walked away, I asked if he was the manager. His response was, "Don't worry about it, cracker." At that point, I was shocked by the unprofessional and inappropriate nature of the interaction. While I remained in my truck attempting to call the office, the employee returned and handed me a cancellation receipt for my membership. When I asked for his name, he again responded, "Don't come back here, cracker." Regardless of what concerns the employee may have believed existed, there are professional and respectful ways to handle customer issues. I wa

I don’t know why but this specific location for some reason lately has had my car stopping randomly during the wash, and it’s been twice in a row this has happened, the wash doesn’t dry the front of the car at all so now I’m left with spots all over the place and a slush of whatever in the front of my vehicle. The rags have debris all the time on them as well so that’s not good either. The response is fair but there are still inconsistencies with the rags.

I have been a customer for the business for about a month! The bacons bridge brunch is great! However you don’t wanna go to the north main if you might need assistance. We waited at entrance for about 15 minutes and been totally ignored by employees and I had to visit the office and one employee said that someone is gonna come to assist me and no one showed up in about 20 minutes. I was as hearing them talking on the radio mentioning customer waiting at the lobby but for some reason no one bothered to come by . Finally after 20 minutes a young gentleman showed up and helped us out.

Went to get a basic car wash and prior to entering the washing tunnel, an employee did a prewash with a wet soapy mop/squeegee on my back windshield. When doing so, he pulled up and snapped off and broke apart my entire back wiper. He only said sorry it’s not covered and gave the completely broken pieces back. I understand they can’t control the machines, but felt disrespectful that an employee moving too quick and carelessly broke my car parts and all they would do was hand back the broken pieces and shrug their shoulders. This was a new wiper replaced only a month prior- there was no reason it should have been broken off like that. I have been to countless other self service washes and none of this has ever happened before- disappointed this business to say the least. Would not recommend unless you want your property broken by careless operation of employees.

Update: I received the free car wash and appreciate the manager's willingness to try and rectify the errors.***I went through the automated wash after paying for the $30 top wash. I’m not pleased with the blotches of tire shine spray on several tires. This has happened more than once. I won’t be returning.
